- Supervise the general Electrical work such as Earthing & Lighting system, MV & LV Switchgear, MOV Tie-in, Transformer, AC & DC UPS, Electrical Integrated Control System (ELICs) & Annunciator,
MV & LV Motor Installation and Underground work of Concurrent Project (CCP) and Clean Fuel Project (CFP) work in brown field and green field to comply with safety, engineering design and project specification.
- Supervise with safety, engineering design and project specification.
- Supervise and review Energization plan, Switching Order and LOTO procedure.
- Review all Electrical IFC drawing.
- Review work method statement (MST), Job safety Analysis (JSA), Work introduction (WI) and related document.
- Review Permit to Work (PTW) for brown field and green field.
- Verify work completion against with design or drawing.
- Provide Electrical site issue solution to comply with safety, engineering design and project specification.
- Supervise and review Inspection test Inspection test plan (ITP) are completed, documented, and comply with project specifications and procedures.
- Inspections, dimensional checks, material verifications, and installation checks for electrical, including functional and signal tests.
- Compile check sheets and completion certificates.
- Interface coordinate between CCP Contractor, Worley, CFP Contractor and Business As Usual (BAU) about Electrical work and modification.
- Overview site supervision for safety work location.
- Expedite contractor work to achieve plan.
