Client & Technical Coordination: Acts as a direct liaison with Japanese clients to manage technical requirements, inspections, and project updates.
Documentation Management: Responsible for QA/QC documentation, Manufacturing Data Records (MDR), and managing multiple simultaneous projects to ensure compliance.Technical Interpretation: Reads engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for piping and vessel projects.Quality Systems & Auditing: Supports the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, conducts internal audits, and prepares for external audits.
KPI Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key metrics such as defect rates, customer complaints, and audit nonconformance rates to analyze performance for management reviews.Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborating with purchasing, production, engineering, and on-site teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
Corrective Action Management: Supporting the structured process of identifying, documenting, and resolving nonconformances (deviations from specifications) to prevent future issues.
