Manages overall Production Factory ( 500 people)
Manage and motivate Production crew to achieve Production plan in terms of productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
Budget control , Profit& Loss management
Encourage safety, high performance standard, teamwork, discipline and 5S in work place.
Monitors and optimizes the use of human, material and machine resources to ensure that the product will be produced meets specifications and standards
Manage New product& Development team in order to ensure mass production delivery
Leads Continuous improvement activities with Engineering and Quality dept.
Responsible for the people processes including: performance management, talent development, conflict resolution, rewards and recognition
Drive overall production KPI (Output, on-time delivery, Yield , Cost)
Investigate each problem with team, analyze production data and troubleshooting any production problem.
Apply manufacturing systems & tools to improve Safety, Quality and Productivity.
Drive people development program
Summarize production weekly and monthly report to management.
