8. Provide and Follow ticket KPI performance.
9. Control ticket in order to comply customer's SLA
10. Coordinator and Negotiate with internal and related parties.
11. Consulting team to handle issue 24*7
12. Coaching and Training new service desk staff for skill improvement.
13. Familiar with a famous Japanese companies in Thailand.
