Responsibility of 3.2
- Plan and determine the scope of the construction by arranging the elements of the project to align the project in the same direction
- Monitor and Control working standard system: prepared a "Standard Project Preparation Guide for Establishing a New Project" with the purpose of operating in accordance with the standards set by the company in order to maximize benefits, worthiness and suit the project.
